As we near the end of 2009, (I can’t believe it!) I would just like to say a big, big thank you for all your support as well as all the kind messages I have received throughout the year.
It’s been a busy year for me with the launch of my latest cookbook as well as my range of kitchen solutions launching in different markets around the world and on my website www.curtisstone.com
I’m really looking forward to 2010 with lots of exciting new projects on the go. Next year I will spend more time as the specialist chef on ‘The Biggest Loser’ as well as my regular appearances on ‘The Today Show’. I’m also teaming up with Jillian Michaels from ‘The Biggest Loser’ to bring you a brand new show called ‘Losing It’. So stay tuned for this one and much, much more, I promise!
Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday with your loved ones and I look forward to hearing from you all next year.
It’s the first day of the month and the start of a new season. I love it when the seasons change. I know, I know, it’s probably a chef thing! Us chefs and all our talk about the seasons! Back home in Australia it means the official start of Summer which makes me think of warm summer nights, Christmas time with my family and friends and entertaining outdoors. Back home in Australia this means its time to crank up the BBQ! And yet for me, right now in the USA, it’s the start of Winter. What a contrast! So I’m starting to think about warm hearty soups, field mushrooms and delicious hot chocolates…. Yum! So no matter which hemisphere you’re in, here’s a recipe for each season, be it Summer or Winter.
Enjoy the new season with these delicious recipes.
Bbq Scallops In the half shell with Citrus Fruits and White Wine
