New York, New York...
I was lucky enough to spend the recent holiday break with my darling mum Lozza and step dad Shane, who flew all the way over from Australia to spend Christmas with me in New York City. It was our first white Christmas together and we had an absolute ball.
We did lots of great things including walks through Central Park, visited the Rockefeller Center, we saw the Christmas Spectacular Show with the Rockets at Radio City and even managed to squeeze in lunch at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan!
In between all the fun I found time to visit my friends at the Today Show and cook them up a delicious Chocolate Swiss Roll.

Cooking with Martha Stewart
This month I was lucky enough to appear on the The Martha Stewart Show. Martha is a delight to cook for and together we prepared a delicious Espresso Creme Brulee. This dessert kills two birds with the one stone; it’s a delicious creamy dessert but also gives you a shot of espresso at the end of a meal. Perfect to serve your Holiday Guests!
