CURTIS STONE CARE AND USAGE FOR BAKEWARE
Bake and Pop Bakeware
The first time
Before first use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry completely.
During cooking
Curtis Stone Bake and Pop Bakeware is oven safe to 260°C / 500°F
Do not use on stovetop or in microwave.
Do not place directly over a flame or a heat source.
Always use potholders when handling hot bakeware.
Do not cut food inside the mould or use utensils with sharp or serrated edges, and avoid pressing down hard on the pan when using metal spatulas.
After cooking
This bakeware is dishwasher safe; however, for best results hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and towel dry.
Do not clean with metal pads, steel wool, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
Porcelain Bakeware
The first time
Before first use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry completely.
During cooking
Curtis Stone Bakeware is oven safe to 260°C / 500°F
Do not use on stovetop or in microwave.
Do not place directly over a flame or a heat source.
Avoid thermal shock when using stone bakeware. Any extreme temperature change may cause your bakeware to break, such as placing frozen food in a hot dish or placing a hot dish into cold water or directly into the fridge or freezer.
Always use potholders when handling hot bakeware.
After cooking
This bakeware is dishwasher safe; however for best results hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and towel dry.
