    Method

    1. Prepare the barbecue for medium-high heat.

    2. Whisk the oil, thyme, garlic, and chile flakes in a large bowl to mix well.

    3. Add the broccolini and toss to coat.

    4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    5. Grill the broccolini until tender and lightly charred, turning as needed - about 8 minutes.

    6. Transfer to a plate and serve.
